The Business Development Manager is the heart of our organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in new business from prospecting and networking. The Business Development Manager sets appointments with business owners to educate them about our “FREE POS Systems” and payment processing services and other business solutions. This is accomplished by prospecting over the phone, face-to-face, through their networks, and building referral partnerships.
This a 100% commission only position with on-going lifetime commissions and lucrative “up-sell” and sign up bonuses!!
- Prospecting for clients and delivering outstanding sales presentations
- Closing sales of our business services (POS Solutions, Bank Card Processing, Payroll / HR)
- Educating merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry
- Upselling current clients on our gift marketing, payroll and other products and services
- Maintaining regular communication with your Sales Manager
- Excellent prospecting, resourcefulness, communication, presentation and networking skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Must enjoy cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
- Experience dealing directly with small/ mid-sized, local business
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Outside Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Fully Remote
